Installation Technician
Job Requirements
Position: Installer I - Competitive Pay Up To $60,000/YR. (We Pay Hourly Rate With A Piece Rate Incentive)
- Minimum 5 years driver’s license to meet insurance requirements (Suspension and/or DUI on record not

- Minimum 2-4 years driver’s license to meet insurance requirements (Suspension and/or DUI on record

- Perform complete installs of energy efficient residential appliances approved by utility program
- Prepare all appliances/equipment for scheduled installs and inventory
- Assist in the daily drive route to and from customers location
- Communicate and educate customer regarding the measures and warranty procedures
- Conduct pre-installation feasibility inspection of residents for qualification
- Identify any issues, errors, technical problems and determine proper solutions within scope of
- work
- Complete all required documentation thoroughly
- Maintain confidentiality pertaining to customer information
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Comply with company policies, practices and procedures and communicates all changes to
- managers and team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Driver’s license to meet insurance requirements (Suspension and/or DUI on record not
- accepted)
- Required to pass an alcohol/drug screen, physical and background check (Live Scan included)
- Must be available Monday-Friday and some Saturdays (overtime as required)
- Experience in Construction, Plumbing, Electrical, Maintenance and/or Installation of any kind is a plus
- Must know how to use hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
- Work well in a team environment; Able to prioritize and multitask work and work with minimal supervision
- Basic tech/computer knowledge
- Lift, pull and/push up to 80 lbs. safely
- Stand, climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl and/or kneel continuously; sit continuously while driving to and from locations
- Push, pull, grip continuously
- Strong ability to work indoor and outdoor as well as under extreme temperature and/or
Pool Pump Technician

- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical prior to employment.
- Must be able to pass a background check / Live Scan Fingerprints required
- Must be available Monday-Friday and some Saturdays
- Experience is not required, but a plus - we will provide training to qualified candidates.
- Construction experience desirable but not required
- Must know how to use hand tools and small power tools efficiently and safely

Outreach / Program Representatives

- Minimum 5 years licensed and CLEAN driving history to meet insurance requirements (history of suspension and/or DUI not accepted)
- Must have own vehicle.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical prior to employment.
- Must be able to pass a background check / Live Scan Fingerprints required
- Must be available Monday-Friday and some Saturdays
- Experience is not required, but a plus - we will provide training to qualified candidates.
- Qualified candidates will complete program applications and gather required documents to verify program eligibility.
